I thought I’d run you through the products I use to have a pamper night because having time to yourself to relax is really important especially if you’re feeling low after the festive season is over.
The first thing I like to do is have a bath because they are just the ULTIMATE relax, physically (so nice fore aching muscles) and mentally to just block everything out, Personally I like to watch a bit of YouTube in the bath or read a book.
